Modalities for poster submissions to Iasi 

1. Anonymous submissions
2. EasyChair (admin: Adam & Agata) - the submission data should include the primary WG and the secondary WGs.
3. Program Committee needs
	- 60 submissions, 3 reviews per submission => 180 reviews
	- 5 submissions per reviewer => 180/5 = 36 PC members
	- 14 SC members => PC members
	- recruit 22 new PC members (see below)
4. PC members - proposal
	- Adam and Agata are PC co-chairs, they coordinate the selection of posters based on the reviews
	- all other 12 SC members are PC members
	- the other members are chosen so as to:
		* have at least one PC member per country
		* have a reasonable WG representativity (according to the WG membership at http://www.info.univ-tours.fr/parseme/)
		* have a good gender balance
		* have a good ESR participation

5. Important dates for Iasi
	- draft call for posters: 30 March
	- first call for posters: 6 April 2015 (also announcing the WG1 hands-on workshop)
	- second call for posters (announcing the extended submission deadline): 22 May 2015
	- submission deadline: Monday, 26 May 2015
	- extended submission deadline: 2 June 2015
	- assigning posters to reviewers: 3-4 June (Adam & Agata)
	- reviewing: 5-19 June (PC)
	- poster selection: 
		* first proposal by Adam and Agata: 22 June
		* SC meeting - modification/confirmation of the selection: 25 June
	- notification to authors: 29 June 2015
	- handling e-COST invitations: July-mid September 2015
	- final abstracts and presenter names: 13 July (with names of authors and WGs)
	- teaser slides: 14 September
	- final posters (in A4 resolution): 2 October
