All participants will pay meal expenses in cash at the registration desk (60 EUR per person for 2 lunches and 1 dinner provided by the local organiser). Those entitled to the reimbursement will be reimbursed for all meals (lunch and dinner on each day) at flat rate of 20 EUR per meal after the meeting.

Posters: The list of the admitted posters (soon with downloadable abstracts, slides and poster files)  and the instructions for authors are now vailable. See the call for poster proposals (extended submission deadline: 30 November 16 December 2015).

Registration: If you wish to participate in the meeting, please, register before 20 February 2015 by filling out the registration form. The Steering Committee will select those registered candidates who will be entitled to reimbursement of their travel and stay. An official e-COST invitation is the formal confirmation of the reimbursement grant.

Accommodation: Hotel Drim, Struga; prices for B&B: single room - up to 45 EUR; double room - up to 60 EUR. Transfers

Reimbursement: In order to apply for the reimbursement for this meeting, please accept the invitation that will be sent to you via e-COST before the meeting. After the meeting, fill in the reimbursement form that will be available online via the e-COST system and upload all relevant signed documents, as indicated in the reimbursement form. Before making any arrangements PLEASE READ general rules for the reimbursement described in the Vademecum, pp. 20-24. External members (who have not received the e-COST invitation) can also participate freely but will not be reimbursed for their travel and stay.

 The hotel reimbursement rate for this meeting is 50 EUR per night (flat rate). The number of the reimbursed nights is equal to the number of attended workshop/meeting days plus 1 (maximum one night before and one night after the meeting).

How to get to STRUGA

By bus:

If you are already in SKOPJE, you can reach STRUGA using the direct buses from Skopje Bus Station (http://www.sas.com.mk/VozenRed.aspx).

STRUGA in the Cyrillic Alphabet is –°–¢–†–£–ì–ê. Enter –°–¢–†–£–ì–ê in the square just right from the image of the bus, validate the selection in the window below, and then press the search key (–ü—Ä–µ–±–∞—Ä–∞—ò). The ride takes approximately 3 hours.

On your return: Participants who intend to go to Skopje Airport with public transport should take the bus from Struga / Ohrid towards Skopje at least 7 hours prior to their flight.

The group attending ENel Parseme joint workshop will travel together on Wednesday afternoon. If you want to join this group, please announce your intention on time to Katerina Zdravkova.

Hotel Drim will organize the transfer free of charge.

  • Fly to Skopje Airport (203 km from Hotel Drim)

The transfer to Hotel Drim will be organized. The price will depend on the number of participants coming with the same flight.

By car:

If you come from Tabanovce / Presevo borders (Serbia), go on the ring road to Tetovo and carry on towards Ohrid. The crossroad towards Struga is in the Podmolje (–ü–æ–¥–º–æ—ô–µ) village.

If you come from Florina (Greece), you must first enter Bitola, and then carry on to Ohrid. Go towards Skopje. The crossroad towards Struga is in the Podmolje (–ü–æ–¥–º–æ—ô–µ) village.

If you come from K—òafasan (Albania), Struga is less than 15 km to the NorthEast.

Saturday, 9 April - sightseeing tour at your own cost, two offers:

1. Half-day tour in the Old Ohrid, with a guide and all tickets paid, the price will not exceed 20 EUR.
2. Whole day excursion to Old Ohrid, the Bay of Bones, Saint Naum monastery and a lunch, with a guide and all tickets paid, the price will not exceed 35 EUR.
To keep these rates, for both tours the groups must have at least 15 participants.

You will be asked to indicate your preference in the registration form.
