Registration: If you wish to participate in the meeting, please, register before 9 February 2015 by filling out the registration form. The Steering Committee will select those registered candidates who will be entitled to reimbursement of their travel and stay. An official e-COST invitation is the formal confirmation of the reimbursement grant.

Accommodation: some local information with the list of recommended hotels is now available.

Reimbursement: In order to apply for the reimbursement for this meeting, please accept the invitation that will be sent to you via e-COST before the meeting. After the meeting, fill in the reimbursement form that will be available online via the e-COST system and upload all relevant documents, as indicated in the reimbursement form. Before making any arrangements read general rules for the reimbursement described also in the Vademecum, pp. 19-23.  External members (who have not received the e-COST invitation) can also participate freely but will not be reimbursed for their travel and stay. 

Sponsorship: The meeting is supported by COST, with a generous contribution of the Maltese Ministry of Finance.

Call for poster proposals: We invite researchers and language technology experts from the Action's 30 member countries to submit poster proposals related to the scientific program of the WGs, and particularly those strongly related to the current activities and surveys in the WGs.

Proposals up to 2 pages (12pt font, 1in margins, pdf format only) should not be anonymous and may refer to results published previously in another venue or journal. Submissions, indicating author’s name and affiliation, the title of the poster, and the Working Group concerned, should be sent via e-mail to: This email address is being protected from spambots. Final acceptance decisions will be made by the PARSEME Steering Committee. Authors of selected proposals will be reimbursed for their travel and stay.

Presentation of the posters based on accepted proposals will be carried out in two ways:

  • a brief 2-minute presentation in a dedicated plenary session,
  • a classical poster session near the meeting rooms which will allow for parallel discussions.

The list of the admitted posters (soon with downloadable abstracts, slides and poster files) and the instructions for authors are now available.

Important dates:

  • 5 January 2015: extended poster submission deadline
  • 16 January 2015: notification of acceptance
  • 02 February 2015: final versions of poster abstracts
  • 12 March 2015: the name of the poster presenter and 1 slide (in .pdf) for a 2-minute presentation
  • 19-20 March 2015: poster sessions and WG sessions
  • 27 March 2015: posters in A4 resolution due (for the website)
