MINUTES

1. Short report from the ENeL/PARSEME workshop
- successful, plans for further publications

2. La Rochelle Training School update 
- 38 trainee applications received, 34 trainees pre-selected, 32 can be funded, 6 trainers invited

3. 7th general meeting in Dubrovnik
- promoting topics related to PARSEME follow-up projects (to be expressed in the call)
	* hard to put into action - risk of posters on ideas rather than the work done 
	* "unconference format" 
		- separate session dedicated to follow-up ideas
		- based on prior submissions (a call separate from the posters)
		- 2-min presentation of the ideas in a plenary sessions
		- forming groups to discuss the ideas
		- summary of ideas in a plenary session
- important dates for posters
	26 April: first call for posters
	23 May: second call for posters (deadline extension?)
	31 May 2016: poster submission deadline
	6 June 2016: extended poster submission deadline
	4 July 2016: notification of acceptance 
	10 July 2016: final versions of poster abstracts
	17 September 2016: poster teaser slides and presenters' names
	26-27 September 2016: poster sessions and WG sessions
	4 October 2015: posters in A4 resolution to be uploaded on the webpage
- celebrating the last meeting with MWE games (Cvetana willing to help, maybe a link with rhetorical functions)
- we skip the invited talk (unless Mike Dillinger recontacts us) 
- a common multilingual session for WG1/WG3 needed (with a WG3 slot) 

4. Synergies between WGs and the shared task 
- verbal MWE typology and annotation guidelines (with WG1 and WG4), 
- automatic identification methods and evaluation measures (with WG2 and WG3)

5. Validation of current STSM requests:
- Carlos to Brasil - OK for the travel expenses request
- other requests received too late, will be shortly handled per email

6. Language Science Press series 
- editor-in-chief: Agata (?) possibly with a more experienced co-chair
- editors - WG leaders
- editorial board - SC members + some people from the PARSEME PC (to attain about 20 members)
- an editor with editing experience needed (Yanick)
- Manfred will set up internal deadlines for 
- some human power needed for edition support (Word to latex, command of English, etc.)
- maybe Overleaf could be promoted

7. PARSEME webspace beyond the end of the action
- (discussed between Manfred and Agata) the WG1 wikispace in Frankfurt can be kept for the public MWE template 

8. Next SC meeting in July - canceled, not needed.

- prepare a call for unconference (see with Victoria), call mid-June, second call July, deadline - beg. September
