If verbal suffixes or enclitics which point out the subject and/or object, under some conditions, move from the postverbal position to the preverbal, then one of these conditions will be the preverbal negation.

IF subject or object agreement or cross-reference markers on verb are postverbal, but under certain conditions can appear in preverbal positions, THEN one of these licensing conditions is the presence of preverbal negation.
